Adjusting saddle height
Children grow so fast they often end up riding with their saddle too low. Riding with a saddle at the wrong height is both inefficient and uncomfortable. Set the saddle height so they can just get the balls of their feet on the ground with their legs straight. Never extend the saddle beyond the dotted line “limit mark” on the seatpost – when this point is reached the bike is much too small and its time to move up a size.
