Festive opening hours:

Over the festive period our phone line is open on Monday 23rd December, Tuesday 24th (until 12:00), Monday 30th, Tuesday 31st and Thursday 2nd January. Emails will be responded to during those hours.

  • Bike model and frame number (stamped to the underside of the bike where the pedals meet the frame).
  • Order number or purchaser’s name and email address.
