Festive delivery

Orders placed before 12:00 on Friday 20th December should, Royal Mail permitting, be delivered before Christmas.

Orders placed before 12:00 on Monday 23rd December will be dispatched the same day but are unlikely to arrive in time for Christmas. This will be our last dispatch day before Christmas.

Over New Year week orders will be dispatched on Monday 30th December and Friday 3rd January.

Delivery Information

Your order will usually arrive within 3 to 4 working days, however, note that we are a tiny part-time team endeavouring to provide a spare parts service to keep your bike running. This means that just occasionally it will take up to 7 days.

Most of our parts and accessories are delivered via Royal Mail 48hr tracked service, however, very small items will go in the normal post, and a very few large items will be sent by courier.

Delivery overseas

We do not deliver to any none UK addresses – this includes Europe and the Channel Islands. Sorry.

Freight forwarding companies

We do not deliver to freight forwarding companies. If you place an order to a freight forwarding company we reserve the right to refuse your order and will be unable to offer any aftersales service, including delivery support.
